I stopped into this shop because it was close to my optometrist, I just needed a pedicure. They were pretty empty and got me started right away. The pedicure was good, and my polish turned out nice. I was a little shocked that they charged $20 for gel polish, when most only charge $10. Overall good experience just pricey.
paid for extra and got worst pedicure ever. in a rush. didn't go cuticles. cut in toe. I obviously was a burden to them.
Don't recommend. Overpriced for poor quality work.. the nail tech (Rose) did not shape all my nails the same or correctly & got an attitude with me when I said something the first time. When she was doing my pedicure she was pushing me to get gel and I kept telling her no only regular on my toes. I had asked for a design on my toes and she did it then went to put the top coat on and said see i told you it would ruin if not gel....ive gotten designs with regular polish as so many other places...she still charged me for the design on my toes I didnt leave with & kept trying to deny it & refused to change the price. Terrible experience...extreamly unhappy with my nails and paid entirely too much for the service & quality.
Popped in for a simple mani and wax while visiting my mom who lives in the Crossridge community. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and the services were just fine, and the technician polite and prompt. I don't use nail polish, so I can't speak to the quality of their polish services. I was, however, very surprised at the prices. Considerably more than what I pay at similar salon near Willow Lawn. If you are considering this salon, I recommend checking the prices to avoid sticker shock.
I spent 45 minutes waiting for someone to do a pedicure. Soaking water was cold. Had to ask several times for warm water. No one apologized. The person who did my manicure was sloppy. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Next time not here!!!!!
