The sign-in process is confusing. I was unable to find out how to sign up three people at once. I did down load the app and was unable to schedule my two children. The stylist will not help and will talk about you in front of you like you are not there. Customer service does not appear to be a focus. That is definitely 0 stars. However, Kyky cut my youngest hair and was phenomenal! She was so friendly and listened to what he wanted. I would give her 10 stars! The cut looked great and she kept him occupied. This averages out to a 3. The best thing about this place is Kyky.
I was never really the type of guy to sit in a place for more than 20 minutes, but they knew what they were doing. It was a pleasant experience, and overall, I came out of it looking a lot cleaner!
Well.. sat there for over an hour. Staff was rude and when I asked for a low fade I got a marine haircut, high and tight.
It's very difficult to rate this place. I've been going here for a couple of years now, and I've had some great haircuts and some horrible haircuts. If you're lucky enough to get people like Megan or Melissa to cut your hair, then it's all good. Many of the others I've gotten a haircut from and then never see them again. My biggest complaint lately is the horribly long wait times... This past Monday there was a 75 minute wait at 6:15!?!?! 75 minutes at a chop & go salon? Not happening. Not for a potentially terrible haircut. I'm guessing it's a staffing issue, but in any case I'm taking a break from going there for a while in hopes of finding another more consistent shop.
Okay so I have had too many bad experiences at this location to go over everything but over the last few years this place just takes the wind out of my sail, so I am done with the bad attitudes, terrible haircuts and long waits. I guess you get what you pay for, less money means poor customer service and a bad haircut! Bye bye!
