When I walked in I was welcomed quickly. No waiting, so therefore I was lead to my seat, as he scooted the chair back and made sure it was underneath me before he pushed me in. Very gentlemanly. Everyone was friendly. Requested a polish color change, but needed to have a fill in too. My nails were lifting, so that was also a better experience than I have had at other places. I will recommend!!
I had a great experience at L&L Nails. It was my first time in a nail salon and have nothing to complain about, it was very clean. The nail tech who did my nails was very gentle and did a great job at capturing what I was going for. My appointment did run a little behind but with how well taken care of I was, I didn't mind being patient. I'll definitely be going back.
I would give a negative number if I could. It used to be a nice place. Seems to have changed owners. No women working, only men. Too rough with the sloughing tool. Also cut my toe with the scissors. I got a fungal infection on my toenails. Probably not sanitizing properly. Not to mention myself and friend were both diabetics. They were rough on both of us. Also, they allowed a woman off the street to come in and try to push/sell purses to their customers that she probably stole from a store and was trying to unload. I would DEFINITELY not return. We used to be regular customers. Not anymore.
Good service take their time with your nails . I really enjoy the 20 percent off all services . Please keep for the holidays until new year .
