Well, the 5 years and thousands of dollars invested to go with long natural gray hair has been stolen from me. The stylist and I agreed to 2-3" to be taken off in length. By the time she was done, my hair went from reaching my lower back to barely reaching my shoulders. The cut is horrible as well. I don't know what I am supposed to do with this mess. I was supposed to go on vacation in less than 3 weeks. What am I supposed to do now?!?!?! Nice but took to many liberties without any information or authorization. I am sick to my stomach.
worst haircut i have gotten in a really long time. no person has ever messed up my hair this bad before. the lady asked if i was getting the same haircut i got last time and i said yes. the lady cutting my hair this time did a horrible job. it wasn't even CLOSE to what i got last time. i asked for my bangs to be cut maybe half an inch up to my eyebrow and this lady cut way above my eyebrows to where it was halfway to my forehead. the way she was using the shavers as well as the comb felt like she was digging into my scalp and felt really rough. overall terrible job and would not recommend to go there
