I've been getting my nails done at this location for quite awhile. I've never had a bad experience and have always been happy with the end result! Great place and very nice people!
Came here years ago and had great service. No so much lately. They just want to get you in and out and don't care about the service. The most recent trip the man cut my foot so bad it bled for 10 minutes, they had to put nail glue on it to close the wound. That's not the worst part, I get accidents happen. The sad part was he only apologized once and nothing else was said about it. The shellac didn't last a week, multiple nails are chipping and he didn't apply the polish across the entire nail on two of my toenails. They didn't offer a discount or anything for making me bleed! $80 and I won't be coming back anymore.
I got a fillin and With sheallac, the same night both thumbs had peeled like the first layer hadn't and dried completely. I went back the next day and they fix the issue by taking off all 10 fingers and redoing them. Now two days later it appears The same thing has happened the bottom layer did not completely dry and my nails are peeling again I will never go back to this salon it's a waste of money.
This was the worst place I have ever!! The service was awful!! The lady who did my nails was very rude and lacked the skill to do a pedicure and acrylic nails. My nails were done so poorly another manicurist had to attempt to make them somewhat decent. They did not apologize for the horrible work and poor customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone!! You will leave unsatisfied. And very angry. I am now paying someone to fix the disaster and I was charged for shellac and received regular polish!!
This place sucks so bad my nail hurt so bad and it made my finger swell up stay away from this shop and my friends nails all came off STAY AWAY FROM HERE
