If I could give this place negative stars I would, nails are nothing like I asked for and have dips in the nails, you can see where my natural nail stops and where the tips begin. Spent $80 and would not recommend!!!!!

i had the worst service i've ever had in my life at indulge nails and spa, to start off, i go here all the time and get a gel fill, this time i had a different nail tech and told her how my nails were crooked and kindly asked if she could just file them to be straight, she was laughing and asked which ones and i stated all of them, she filed one of them. then she got angry, took off the pink ( i got french tip ) and started painting on the white. rushed and did a horrible job. she then hurried and finished them as fast as she could and then did my massage without asking me first as they normally do, i have an injured shoulder and now am in a lot of pain because of this. i politely asked for her to just file underneath as they normally do this with a fill, and she said no. i asked for her name twice and she responded with "i work here part time" she was so rude and to be honest i have never had a more awful nail experience in my life. i live in the area and will definitely have to find a different nail place and make sure my family and friends know not to come here! on top of this; my grandma was not happy about my service so she called the salon and they said i could come back in and get a refund, i drove all the way back, just for them to tell me no. NEVER GO HERE!!!
Sadly I can no longer recommend this nail salon. My daughter had a manicure and was charged $85! I called to obtain pricing on a dip, tips & design and was given a price of $70 (still crazy expensive). When I asked why my daughter was charged $85 she said well each one is different. What!? I asked to speak to the owner and was not allowed. There are many places to go in our area for nails, save your money and go elsewhere.
