I like most people go to a salon cause I can make and appointment and get it done. My husband like most men want quick and easy. In this case no.. He checked in online comes in and is told five people are in front of him. It's not a holiday weekend, no prom, graduation. Unfortunately it's about staffing and today they only have two people. Listen kids it's just not worth the time sitting around. Go to a stylist and make an appointment or find a barber. This is not the place. The end
Signed in on app from home, 10 minutes away, wait was an hour which was fine. Received the alert that I was 15 minutes out, so got in car and went. When I arrived 10 minutes later, there was still a 15-20 minute wait, with 3 ppl in front me still, standing in the rain waiting. Will not go back until they figure out their system, it's been a year now of COVID, some businesses have figured it out, others have not.
I got a haircut the other day from here and let's just say I could have given myself a better haircut.
I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. Meaghan and Shannon are both very friendly and personable. They both do a great job. And at a very reasonable price, you can't ask more than that.
They hacked my teenagers hair. Told the stylist to only take an inch off top and she took at least 4 inches off. Even showed her a picture of what he wanted out of one of their books. Very disappointed.
