Many issues for our appointment. I showed up as 2 walkins with my son at opening on a day one person was running late and others were on vacation. Was told to come back at 12. Got a ok ish pedicure and my son wanted a gel manicure. He literally got only his nails painted with what appeared to be not gel polish for $45. We felt very rushed to get done the entire time . Better management of walk ins in needed there. Not happy. Never going back.
Me and my family were visiting NY to see family and decided to go get our nails done and spend the day together. I got a full set of acrylic, and my aunt got a gel manicure. They ended up drawling blood on three of my nails and didn't even bother cleaning up afterwards, also leaving both of our nails hurting for a long time. Also my aunt having to wait for more than our. VERY bad experience overall!!! Go somewhere else.
The nails do look pretty, I won't lie! My nail tech did a good job and checked in with me periodically for shape, length, etc. But, I was a bit confused because, when I asked if she could do a design on my full set, she abruptly said 'no', even though the other person I came with was getting the design she asked for. Perhaps there was a simple miscommunication. My full set was $60. According to the pricing sign on the wall (I included a picture), my full set should have been $50 max, not including a tip, because I had a gel full set. I'm really not sure why I was charged $10 more than what the sign states, but I guess that is on me for not saying anything. The employees (particularly the woman who I assume is the owner) are quick and friendly and the salon looks well-kept. Just based upon my personal experience with pricing and unwillingness to do a design, I will be going elsewhere next time.
I got a gel manicure Friday afternoon and had a nice experience. Now it is Tuesday and my nails are already lifting. My manicure lasted 3 days.
I went to this nail salon for the 1st time on 12/23 and had the worst manicure ive ever had. I asked for a full set and I received the picture below. I went back in and asked politely if the nail tech could fix it, but she said she couldn't and instead filed my nails down to the point where I was in excruciating pain. My nails hurt for the next week after.
