You will definitely want to read this before even CONSIDERING going here... I went to Cindy for 3 years while I was in college and was always a loyal client. I moved to Philly so I no longer go there, however, I wanted to treat my 15 year old niece to getting her nails done while I am in town visiting, so I took her here. we arrived to the salon, Cindy remembered me and all was well. My niece showed her a picture of what she wanted done and Cindy said no problem. So after an hour of my niece getting her nails done, they were not looking anything like the picture she showed Cindy...My niece simply asked if they would be shiny and look more like the photo once she was done (it was nearing the end so my niece was getting worried they wouldnt) and after she asked this simple question politely, Cindy went off! It was the craziest, weirdest thing I have ever witnessed. I will never understand why she was so rude and mean over not providing the requested service. She started yelling, standing up, stomping around and said I can't do that picture, a place in canadaigua can but it costs $75, so just go there!!! First of all, if you knew you couldn't do it, tell us that in the first place so that either we could do a different look all together or go somewhere else but instead she waited til she was nearly done to tell us this. So, then, my niece was just asking what her options were because she was unhappy with her nails and Cindy takes nail clippers and CUTS THE TIPS ALL OFF and tells us to get out.... I am not exaggerating when I tell you we weren't rude, (I'm in customer service myself so I get it), and she treated customers this way? And on top of it I now have too pay $5 in ATM fees for nothing. My neice now has acrylic on the bottom half of her nails and needs to soak it off on our own time and had to buy supplies to do so. All of these reviews saying how rude she is are completely accurate and I will never support her business ever again. Stay away! See photos of nails requested versus what my neice left with... Cindy was so nice and helpful! Inexpensive and great service, will always make time for your appointment. I went because a friend told me how great she was a I will continue seeing her!
