i have been going to Maiden Nails for over two years and for most of that time Mini has been doing both manicures and pedicures for me. I have been very happy with Mini and look forward spending an hour or so with her every few weeks. Not just because she does a great job but because she is a great person and she laughs at my jokes!!
I have tried to go in as a walk-in twice and by appointment once and have been turned away. I have been going here for years but the lack of customer service I will not go here again. I do not recommend this nail salon!
I had family visiting, so I called and made 4 appointments - two manicures and two pedicures. While the gentleman at the front desk was friendly, that's the extent of positives that I have about the experience. They clearly had a large party in the back pedicure section and were far more concerned with that and just trying to get through my manicure as quickly as possible. It was rushed and poorly done, she didn't even do the hand massage which is the best part. Not to mention that the polish was uneven and sloppy and started chipping literally the next day. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.
Just got the best colored gel French manicure and it was it was a great price too. Definitely recommend!!!
It was a great experience! I made a reservation for 4:30 for 3 people. We washed our hands and got our colors and were immediately ready to begin. However, definitely call ahead and ask them if they have anything available as a ton of people just kept walking in to get their nails done!
