I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience I definitely have to.. the Pedicure was rushed (she literally had her 30 minute timer on) but kept getting up.. she was watching tv while she was doing my pedicure so hardly paying attention. The whole thing was careless and rushed, I was in and out while people who were there before me were still getting massaged. They all kind of looked at me shocked when I got upthat I was done already. My gel polish I paid extra for on top of the deluxe pedicure I also paid extra for is so messy, there's still noticeable dead skin all over my feet still, polish all over my skin? They wanted to put a family together and instead of using the other side of chairs that were available so she put some lotion on my leg didn't massage it in.. then tapped my leg said your done and proceeded to start cleaning before I even got up.. Not pleased after spending $65 plus a tip..
I went in on Tuesday for a pedicure and gel manicure. This was my first time visiting the salon and things genuinely went fine. However, during the pedicure, the nail tech doing my nails dug so hard at the sides of my big toes that it hurt. It was over quick enough and my toes looked nice, but by the next morning, both of my big toes were swollen, red, and painful. I visited urgent care and was found to have a bacterial infection as a result of my pedicure and now need to do a course of antibiotics. I will not be returning and I urge caution in booking a pedicure at this salon.
Most wonderful nail salon and business. Henry Hannah, Heidi, Amy, Richard,Kenny ,Jen , Bonnie and the wonderful people there are so amazing. And always treat me and my child so kindly. They always do the best job on my nails and pedicures. They take the time for perfection. Thank you :)
My mom and I visited 7/21. We were told 30 minute wait but at 30 minutes the man up front moved us to wait in the back to continue waiting for another 40 minutes then I received the most uncomfortable luxury pedicure I've ever had at Hi-teak nails. I paid $60 for a luxury pedicure that was done in 30 minutes
