Amanda was awesome! I needed a quick trim and she stayed a little extra to fit me in, she gave me some great hair tips and was super attentive to my needs. Salon was clean and the service was great--highly recommend....

I was not very happy with this service. I asked for a simple care and trim, 0 on the sides with an inch off the top. A guard was being used on the trimmer, so couldn't have been a zero, and she left a very noticable transition all the way around. My gf commented that it looked terrible. The sides were uneven, and when I asked Lynn to fix it I got an attitude from her. I just wanted to leave. Gf tried to fix it at home, but made it worse. Cut it all short. Very unhappy with my experience and if you're a dude looking for a fade do not come here.

i recently got my hair permed at this location. it took 5 hours for the process and the stylist added multiple extra charges upon checkout. When I made the appointment I was told that the price for the perming service was around $75.00 but it ended up coming out to $103.00 not including a tip. The extra charges were not discussed beforehand. After the stylist took the perming rods out and washed my hair, she took me back to the chair and proceeded to brush my hair. I had done plenty of research and knew immediately that it was going to ruin my hair but she was a professional so i didn't say anything. She over processed my hair as well. The next day my hair was a horrible mess. Extremely frizzy and poofy. The top layer of my hair was practically straight and the under layer looked like ramen noodles. I went to the salon the next day to speak with the manager Dawn. She was not professional and seemed very bothered by me being there but she still looked at my hair. I asked to be refunded for the service and she told me that she had to put in a refund request through corporate. She offered to condition my hair and give me a haircut to "fix" my hair but I refused. It's been a few days now and I hadn't heard from her regarding my refund. I had to go to another salon and get 6-7 inches cut off because of the terrible damage done to my hair due to over processing. I have just called the salon today to speak with Dawn about the status of my refund and she wasn't in. The woman I spoke to said that she was on a 14 day "staycation" and had a "cold." She refused to answer my questions about her having covid and being in quarantine. I find that very concerning since i has just in a few days ago. So on top of my hair disaster, there's a chance I could have covid. I do not recommend this salon at all. Terrible service and the manager is unprofessional. Would give zero stars if i could.

Would like to add that I have always went to HairMasters on 91st Lake Stevens and have Amanda always do my hair. She is awesome hair stylist she has chemically straighten my hair colored my hair and cut my hair and it's always been done perfectly but she was booked during covid-19 and I couldn't handle my hair I'm waiting for her, should have known better. Went to the other Hair Masters on 9th and Lake Stevens Marketplace and she fried my hair. Haven't getting it deep condition and repair treatment every two weeks since but I don't know if it's ever going to be healthy again. I will never go anywhere again except with Amanda on 91st in Lake Stevens, I learned a valuable very valuable lesson! Amanda is great!

Do not ever ever ever go here. My mom went in two days ago. She's a 50 year old woman. She wanted blonde with red highlights. We're leaving for vacation tomorrow. Her hair turned out pink. She then went in the next day to get it fixed and they turned who WHOLE HEAD hot pink. I am now paying $100 an hour at a better salon to have it removed. I'm going back to get a refund. My mom was so stunned she couldn't even say anything to the stylist and just left. Now her hair is going to be left stripped and fried from removing all the color.
