I have been seeing Angela for over 16 years and will never go anywhere else. She is absolutely wonderful! I can't believe those that are giving 1 star because you can't get an appointment within a few days. Good stylists book-up, so appointments need to be made in advance. Angela also sees several of my family members on a regular basis. We all love this place!
This place is far from a friendly & welcoming salon. They never have time because they are always booked up, I find that hard to believe seeing that their customer service is lacking. I've gone a few times and both times they have told me they are all busy and don't have any future appointments. Take your business elsewhere.
First time and I'll definitely be back! I made an appointment the day before and ended up meeting Lori for a haircut. It was so relaxing. She gave me a great shampoo. I could have fallen asleep. Her conversation was positive and fun. I didn't mind being quiet in her presence and didn't mind chatting either. Very comfortable and fun to be there. Nice clean facility which is really important to me. Lori blow dried my hair and even flat ironed it. She asked me all about my hair care routine as well. I didn't get anything extravagant done haircut wise but she gave me a very pretty hair cut! I left feeling happy and light. It was exactly what I wanted.
