Luminous Nail Lounge in Lake Stevens, WA

I've been going to this nail place for almost 4 years if not longer. They do a good job for the most part. I think with any nail location some technicians are great, and some do ok. I have experienced that with Luminous Nails. I would say about 90% of the time it is a good experience. Today must've been an off day. It really was not their norm. I had an appointment for 1115 and by 1130 I finally got sat into the chair for a pedicure. I also wanted to have my nails done, my appointment was for both. Mind you I called the day before for the appointment , they could've told me they were busy, and I could've scheduled a different day. I was specific when I made the appointment the day before. Normally, when I have both services done, somebody does my toes and somebody does my fingers. I kept waiting for somebody to come over and nobody ever did and then it was like they kept having to ask me you want your nails done? I kept saying yes I want my nails done but they never moved forward with it. I was so frustrated by the end that interaction I told them to forget it. I ended up just leaving. For someone who has spent hundreds of dollars at this business you think you would be treated like they know you. And treated a bit better. Not a good day.

Do not go to this nail salon. my 15 year old was charged $90 for nails! when I called they refused to help. I asked for manager but also was told they were not there and didn't know when she would be in. I asked to leave a message and they wouldn't take one. so sad they took advantage of a teenage!!!

I've had a few pedicures over the years at this establishment, and the service and quality is consistently excellent. The techs are always friendly and do a great job checking in with you during the service to ask how it's going and if you need anything specific. This was appreciated since I am super ticklish and have my weak moments. The atmosphere is your standard nail salon, but its the people that make this place shine. This speaks to pride in ownership, which is exciting to see in a local spot. Keep it up!

This is the go-to nail salon for nearly everyone in Lake Stevens and one of my favorite places in Snohomish County! I have multiple friends and family who go here at least once a month and are always satisfied with whatever they get. Dip, gel, or relaxing pedicures - they have it all :) All of my personal favorite nails have been done here! This location is massive and they have plenty of talented staff, making it very easy to sneak in an appointment the day of or even walk in! Traci is the sweetest and, if you're a regular, her and her staff will pick up on what you like and make sure you're always happy. I won't lie and say I haven't gotten a set here that I didn't love, but just speak up and they'll make sure to fix anything.

Horrible service. The staff are inexperienced and fuss if you raise a concern. I would never recommmed this place
