Made an appointment well In advance with the asst manager. We got there and were running behind 30 minutes. Got my son in the chair only to say she didn't have time because it was a 30 min window. Then told me to come back tomorrow. Total waste of time. Then I had to go to another location further away. I was so over it by the time that I left. Horrible service and a waste of time. Ended up at the Woodard location instead and saw Jamie who was much nicer and was able to get it done. I could not believe I made an appointment and it didn't t even matter. We waited and my son is 7 years old. It was his appointment for his hair cut. The other young lady Nyla was really good. However she was not there today.

I asked the manager would she come and look at it and tell me what she think she told me that he he did an OK job it's all right it's OK job but she came. She had to come and cut my hair down. I made an online apt same day for my son and I. Aaron took care of me and it was great! I came in for a cut, Aaron listened to my needs, was honest with how much hair would need to be cut as I haven't had a haircut in a long while. He listened to my concerns about my son having his ear cut before at a different salon and mentioned to my son's stylist to be cautious and to try a different technique to try to prevent it, my son had a pleasant experience as well. I cannot remember his stylists name but she was great, she listened to how I wanted his haircut and he was so handsome once she was done. We will definitely be back.
