It was a very pleasant experience. Very bright and clean interior. I went right after I got off work and I was a walk in with no wait. I'm sure I got lucky but I'll take it. I got a gel fill-in and a pedicure. Prices were very affordable. I aas able to ask questions about dip powder and I think on my next visit I will try that instead of gel polish.
Everyone in this salon treats me like family. Kelly does my nails 90% of the time and she always does an amazing job! She listens to my requests/preferences and she always does her job well. Kelly even remembers my preferences in shape, length, and color palette. My mom and I have been going here for about a year and a half now and we have NEVER had a bad experience. She also does my eyebrow waxing and knows what style suits my face. The facility is always neat and clean. She encourages people to wash their hands/sanitize before touching the nail polishes/swatches on the wall.
I adore Kelly! She always remembers how to do my nails the way I like it. She also remembers to ask after my children, my husband, my health, etc. Sometimes I feel I've had a fantastic therapy session leaving Kens Nails!
