I received my hair cut from great clips on mt. Pleasant which is the first time I went to this location. I was greeted by a hair stylist (Jordan) who was nice. when she asked what kind of cut id like I told her a 0 fade med-high and blend up to the top. She preceded to give me a 0 only on the back bottom 1/4 of my head. She didn't give a 0 anywhere else and possible the worst fade. I got nothing that I asked for, the only explanation is this is her first time doing a men's hair cut. not a very good experience.
Showed up an hour and 15 mins prior to their posted close time and the door was locked! Triple checked the hours on the door and gave a quick knock to let 4 employees huddled at the register know we were there. We were given a disinterested glance and then they returned to Ignoring the 3 of us who had made the trip for haircuts. Disappointing as we went opening weekend and had planned on making this our go to spot. Would NOT recommend to a friend.
