Employee's are the worst! First issue I had was a hair stylist who seemed to be on something and cut my son's hair terrible. Second issue the other employees were not welcoming and couldn't care less to interact with our children in order to make them feel comfortable to sit through a haircut. As if it was not in their job description type of attitude. They rushed through the appointment and made little effort in feeling like it was something they cared about. I will not be going back to this location and highly recommend new staff or employee training as this business continues to get bad reviews.
Only one person working who seemed to be in bad mood and not friendly with children both of my son's hair cuts were terrible. Pretty upset about it since they have picture day this week
Very nice stylist but did a horrible job! Poor kid will now have to go somewhere else to have his hair fixed. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually know how to cut hair.
Kali was so kind and quick! It was my 1 y/o sons first hair cut so of course he wasn't super still but she worked so well with him and had so much patience! Couldn't recommend them more and someone give Ms. Kali a raise!! She was an angel!!
Personally, we didn't have a good first hair cut experience. None of the stylists you can pick from the website were there so we got someone we didn't book with and our stylist we ended up with didn't seem professional, though she was very nice and super polite. I won't go into detail as I do not want to bash anyone or hurt anyones feelings/career but I just wouldn't suggest this place for a first cut as we won't be back.
