Nanae is amazing! It's a pricy salon, but it's well worth it for a relaxing long lasting gel pedicure. Going back and bringing a friend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in to get a nail repair and a pedicure I asked the nail tech that was helping me how much it would cost he said itll be $60 for the pedicure because I wanted the $60 nunI skin treatment and he also explained that my one nail repair would be 8 dollar plus an extra 10 because of gel which was fine which should've brought my total to $78 but after everything I had to pay $96 because he charged me 20 dollars for 1 nail to be repaired with gel but when the receptionist came back she told him he over charged me by $4 so he took the price from $96 to $92 for a $60 pedicure that he rushed he wasnt even gonna scrub the bottom of my feel with the foot scrubber until I reminded him and he only scrubbed the heel of my foot I had a tip for my nail that broke off that need replacements on my big toe and he only repaired one nail tip and just painted the other big toe nail so that $92 was a waste when he told me before I sat in his chair it would be $68 and he knew before I even sat in his chair that he was gonna over charge me and waited til afterwards to service me

I have gone to this salon for quite some time but the Nail Tech I went to is no longer there, so I've been making appointments with others there in hopes of finding a suitable replacement. I made the appointment on line with Hannah, not knowing which one was Hannah, I assumed that is who I got. It wasn't until someone called her Angel that I realized I did not get who I booked with. She spent about 45 minutes of my appointment talking on the phone and then for a while after that, she was watching some videos on her phone while doing my manicure. While the manicure/pedicure was ok (I've had much better), I felt totally disrespected as a customer and will not be back.

Kel is awesome! She's very professional and takes her time doing detailed work! My nails look fantastic!

This review is in reference to a particular employee and may not reflect upon the actual salon. Today I went in for a mani/pedi with Michael. He asked me what type of pedicure that I wanted and I said just a basic pedicure. He said that they did not offer that. I told him I didn't understand. He said they offered a standard and then specialty, he said this while smiling and I figured out that he was joking. I said that I didn't want anything fancy, it would be covered up anyway and he laughed. Michael talked a lot with the female employee next to us so I read my book on my phone. He then asked me what type of massage I wanted. I have never been asked that before for a pedicure so I said that I did not understand because I thought maybe I miss heard him. He said that they have the German massage, Japanese massage, he was pretty much being funny. I said that I would take a Swedish massage, I don't like deep massages, and he said that they did not offer that. I'm starting to get irritated at this point because we had recently received a poor diagnosis for one of our pets and honestly, I just wanted to relax and enjoy my pedicure. I said that maybe we should just skip it and he laughed and said no, it was OK. Surely this man could catch on that I did not get or appreciate all of his sarcastic jokes. After the pedicure, he took me over to his manicure station. Things were OK until he asked me what color I wanted for my nails. Now, to be clear, he had literally picked up and carried the color that I had chosen for my pedicure over to his manicure station. I said that I wanted the same color as my pedicure. He said no, today only I could choose clear, yellow or black. I asked him if he meant for the top or base color because I was really confused at this point. He just repeated that today, I could only do clear, yellow or black. I told him I didn't understand and he just kept repeating himself. I finally asked him if this was a joke and he said no, only clear, yellow or black. I'll be honest, I started to tear up. I pulled my hands away and said that maybe we should just not do this. He finally realized that I was upset but it was too late, I told him I would pay for my pedicure but I was done. I will say the young woman at the checkout desk was extremely kind to me when I told her what had happened. I understand that some people use humor as a way to interact with others and make them feel more comfortable but this was just Michael laughing at my expense, it was extremely cruel on a day when I really needed a little cheering up.
