I went to her to get my natural hair cut showed her the picture of the style i wanted asked her if she could achieve that cut she assured me she could however what i got was no where near what the picture and i was highly dissatisfied i notified her of my unsatisfactory a d she said well the earliest she could fix it would be Friday cause she has clients at thr time and she was booked the rest of the wk. Mind you its Tuesday and i had a concert to attend and my 40th bday was coming up tht wk as well. Needless to say I had to find someone else (Jessica Coles) to correct her mistakes to make me happy. I highly recommend you to look elsewhere for your natural hair care needs she is very unprofessional and i will never return not even for an edge up
Been going there for years for color, press, make up the whole 9. I leave satisfied every time.
Do Not go there if you are expecting to leave in a timely manner. I was there 3 hours and all I had gotten done was my hair washed and dried. Finally by hour 4 she came out and butchered my hairstyle after seeing the picture of what it was supposed to look like twice. I will not be going there again!
It took me a while to write this review. I found this person on Instagram and the pictures were convincing. Firstly, she was an hour late. We were parked at the shop waiting for her. Decided to go get breakfast then go back. She didn't apologize or anything. I got my hair (no weave) washed and curled. She put SO MUCH PRODUCT in my hair I literally went home and washed it out. She was cool to talk to but when I saw my hair I was instantly pissed. Also she was overpriced as well. I don't mind paying for quality work. But when I tell you my hair looked and felt like my little sister did it I was so mad I had to pay her $65!! Granted, the way of the world is you pay for a service to be rendered, regardless of if you like the end result or not. Needless to say I will never return here. So glad I've since found a wonderful hair stylist!!
