Been coming for over 8 years but avoided the last 2 years the same lady whose constantly in a bad mood and never willing to help has been up front every time and keeps turning me away. Her demeanor and facial expressions 100% say go away. Always the same story. "It'll be 2 hours are you sure you wanna wait?" While there's maybe one or two people max in line
My husband and son have been here multiple times. It is the only place my husband will go. He has paid more at many other places and has not gotten near as good of a cut as he got here. There are only a few stylist which is nice because you know you will get a good cut from any of those three. I went on Friday and brought my 7 year old daughter who has really long curly hair. I was nervous because like me if you go somewhere that doesn't know how to cut curly hair it can go waaaay wrong. They did a FANTASTIC job with my daughters hair. They were sociable and friendly and quick. I look forward to going back to get my curly hair cut here. I've paid so much at expensive salons and left displeased. These ladies know what they are doing and they do it at a great price!!!!
Visiting sister, went to closest Supercuts, I wish I had asked for name of lady who cut my hair...she was wonderful..I got a great cut! She was only stylist there. I am very very happy! Next time I am in Chesapeake I will definitely visit this Supercuts! I visited September 24th, around 9:30 am. Thank you from New Mexico!!!
Zero rating. Terrible terrible terrible service . Checked in on line one hour ahead. Waited until I was the only person in there for 45 minutes. The stylist looked at me turned around and walked in the back and never came out. I will not be returning.
