Another fantastic haircut by the super friendly staff at the Kempsville Great clips in Chesapeake (located behind Wawa). Ms Yidi manages this location but what I love is that she surrounds herself with fantastic staff. I use the app to secure my spot in line and it gives me an estimate of how it will be. It really helps me when I am tight on time or getting a haircut during my lunch. Family owned small business franchisee with a large name. Got to support local businesses. They consistently earn my five stars!
This place is great! Great service and great price! Took my daughter to Sleek salon only to find out they emailed me that they are closed but never did get that email. So walked around and saw this place. Accepts walk ins. Great and quick service too! She (Miss Yidi) gave my daughter the exact cut she wanted. I will go back there for my haircut soon!
This place is the worst! Told the girl all I wanted was a half an inch off all over, she started off ok but kept taking a little more off as she went around, then she started going around again and I had to stop her. At the end she was cutting at least an inch and a quarter off all over! Avoid at all costs! Guess the don't understand English there! Will NEVER go back! You shouldn't go there either, they dont listen to what you want!
