Great Clips in Chesapeake, VA

Showed the girl the picture of the haircut First clip I knew she didn't pay attention to the picture It was to late to say anything because she cut about 3 inches off It can't be fixed because my hair way to short Doesn't look like the picture I showed her It's going to take forever to grow out

Both of my kids were in a serious need of haircuts and after doing some research, either it was too expensive for a kids cuts or no one was available at the time I wanted the appointments. Last Sunday morning, I was kind of fed up and so were the kids. So in a desperate attempt to get their hair done, I took the kids to Great Clips. I had only ever heard of the franchise and noticed this shop while shopping at my home Target store or frequenting neighboring businesses. Thankfully they took walk-ins and they seemed to be well staffed for a Sunday morning. There were already clients inside. Crystal greeted us and cut my oldest's hair, while Dashia (sp?), who had just walked into work, cut my youngest's. We were probably out of there in 20 minutes! It was a dry cut, the stylist got to work and my kids did't fuss. It was a good visit! The prices were so reasonable too! I've attached a picture of the price list. The salon stayed pretty busy also. When we were walking out, there were already people walking in and had checked in online before arriving. They seemed to have a good system going. My oldest had the most dramatic cut (about 8 inches off) and wanted to donate her hair, but unfortunately, the organization that Great Clips partners with has a minimum of 12 inches. Also please note, they give you the kit to facilitate the donation, but you must fill out the form and sent it yourself. Overall, I am glad that a desperate situation "forced"me to try Great Clips and I might just bring my kids here next time for their haircuts! Enjoy friends and stay warm.

I took my son (4 with autism) to get a trim today and we were happy to be seated with Deisha. She was patient,friendly and gave my son an excellent cut even with all the wiggling! Taking him for a hair cut is always a stresser but she made working with us easy. She accommodate his sensory needs and went with the flow of what my son needed. Thank you Deisha and keep up the good work!

This is my go to place, to get my hair cut. I know it's a corporate kind of place,bur what I like here the most are the cutters. If it is possible, please ask for Lexy, she has done my hair multiple times, snd not only is she great at her job, bur just a joy to speak to. There are many places to chose when you get your hair done, and no doubt many ppl have their favorites but it would be pretty tough to beat Lexy and the staff at Great Clips

I realize this is Great Clips, but really! This is the second my husband has had Tori cut his hair. First of all my husband is in his 60's, he came home looking like Johnny Bravo again. I think this is the only hair style she knows. Also did not trim his side burns. ‍ The last time he got a haircut someone else cut it and did a great job, but she does not work at this location anymore. This will be his last visit. Good Bye
