I have been a client for 20+ years with Lolly. I've never cancelled an appointment ever! But, the husband always calls me to change my appointments? Now that she has a new salon, a new policy is in place. You have to leave a $50.00 deposit before you even get another appointment scheduled. I could understand new clients being charged this ! But, not old clients that never cancel?? Then the husband called me about not leaving a deposit and canceled my appointment without even speaking to me first? Then called me back again to leave a message! Basically calling me a Karen!! WTH!! If this is how you treat loyal customers over 20+ yrs and changing over $200. I will take my business elsewhere.
