I had the worst experience of my life yesterday getting my hair done, it was a nightmare. it took about 3 hours and 45 minutes to do one dye job because they kept leaving to go to other hair cuttery locations because they kept running out of dye, so I had to go through three rounds of putting dye in and rinsing out. My stylist stuck her arm down a garbage can several times right in front of me and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE GETTING BACK TO MY HAIR!! The color was totally different from what I had picked out, and I am super disappointed. Also I was charged the length fee for my hair, and I have a friend at a nearby hair cuttery who informed me that my hair is not long enough for the length fee. I was charged way too much and I am so disappointed because I was so excited get my hair done.
Kind staff, but the salon smells like a wet dog. I wouldn't trust a salon with my hair that doesn't keep it clean.
