At my age I've been to many nail salons. I'm new to this area and was clueless on where to go. Jenny was so personable and kind and does a fantastic job! The shop is clean and everyone is very friendly. Jenny makes sure my nails look great every time! I enjoy our time together!!!! Call and ask for Jenny, she works Mon Weds Fri and Sat, thank me later. #ThankYouThursday
My daughter was going to prom and asked for nail art(she showed a picture)When she came home and showed me, both hands were totally different and nothing like the picture. I called the owner and he had her come back in and he fixed her nails and they looked beautiful, but My daughter told me the owners wife sat her down, before the owner fixed her nails, and yelled at her for not telling them that she was unhappy at the time they were done. I spoke with the owner about this and he assured me this would never happen again so we gave them a second chance. We came back a few weeks later and my daughter asked for a pedicure(no appointment) and she got the same women that did the terrible nail art. When my daughter sat down in the pedicure chair, the women asked her "is the water OK, Because I don't want you crying again like last time." She had no idea I was sitting right behind her getting my nails done and heard everything. We didn't react to this horrible customer service, paid and tipped for our service, but will NEVER be going back to Nails4 us again.
Customer service- 4/5. Manager very friendly. Technician was not very attentive but he was polite. Quality of work- I wanted to give them 5 stars. But my gel manicure started peeling off the next day and by 3 days later the whole thing peeled off most nails. I have had many gel manicures before so this is likely attributable to technique. Glad I have them a try but not my nail salon of choice
Excellent service. Got powered manicure and regular pedicure. She (forgot her name) did an amazing job. I will definitely be a return customer.
Got my nails don't by Matt. He was very professional and got my nails done quickly and accurately as to how I described. Will be back soon!
