Galleria Spa Salon Boutique in College Station, TX

Had a girls' weekend in College Station and spent a day at the spa. There were 5 of us driving in from Houston, Austin, and Dallas. We each had a massage, facial, and pedicure; and we also ordered lunch. The whole experience was awesome, but my massage with Heather was OUTSTANDING! We will be back!!

I shopped at the boutique in Century Square and absolutely loved the selection of items. However, I purchased a sweater that looked better on the clothes hanger because when I tried it on at home, it looked as if I were wearing a bathrobe. The clerk told me when I purchased the item that I had ten days to return it with receipt for store credit. On the day I returned the sweater, the clerk made an insulting comment to me stating "if it was on sale, it can't be returned." It was insulting because I had given her my receipt showing where I had purchased items totaling over $100, and nothing was on sale. I felt that she made the comment because I am African-American and she assumed because the boutique is a bit pricey, the merchandise was only affordable to me if it was on sale. Her comment made me extremely uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, another salesperson requested that I give her the printed store credit that was laying on the counter in full view of everyone. I never picked it up off of the counter but her asking for it made it seem as if I would pick it up and keep it to attempt to reuse it. I found a really nice sweater that I paid in excess of the store credit for, but it appears as though Galleria exists for a certain clientele and not all people especially minority customers.

Absolutely amazing at both locations! I felt so welcomed! The staff were amazing and I left so refreshed and ready to take on the new school year and the drive back to Colorado!

I went in for a weave, haircut, and style. The product bled out of the loosely placed foils and made my hair very blotchy. The stylist did not use root lift as requested nor did she style my hair as requested. I wanted lots of volume with the hair fairly straight and turned under on the ends. I told her several times while she was styling me and she totally ignored me. I am from out of town and there for a wedding. For $230.00 dollars I expect to get the style I ask for and a weave that isn't blotchy. They didn't even offer to fix my hair, just a free Oribe treatment. I had to pay another 150.00 to get weave fixed at another salon. They said it was from too much bleach on individual foils and foils too loose.

Kim is truly a wonder. If you want the best deep tissue massage in town, book her now. She treats your body as a puzzle as she works to find every knot you may have. She is incredible!
