I'm giving 3 starts bc I've had a few massages over the years at this location and their other one and I've always had a good experience. But I can't even describe just how bad my massage was today. She started 10 after and then I didn't get 10 extra minutes. I paid for a deep tissue massage and I shouldn't be in my massage having to keep asking her to rub deeper(repeatedly). That takes away the point of having a massage when I have keep asking asking someone to do what they should already know how to do. She skipped major muscle groups(had to ask again) she focused on rubbing my toes & hands, more than almost anything which was bizarre). It literally felt like I was just having oil rubbed on me the majority of the time. She kept getting in cabinets and getting stuff, it was like she was unprepared and honestly had never done a deep tissue massage in her life. It was the worst massage I've ever had. I would not recommend lindsey for a deep tissue massage to anybody.
I got my eyebrows waxed at this location and was amazed with the work done. Margo did an amazing job. The prices are reasonable. I have been looking for a place that would fix my eyebrows and the Galleria did just the job! I will definitely be back!

The massage was absolutely horrible & when i told her my problem areas & areas to focus on she completely disregarded it. Not worth the price at all. Not to mention the horror stories I've heard from employees about how the manager treats her workers horribly. Never coming back.
Liz was wonderful as a massage therpist. Very nice relaxation room. a therapist called in sick but the salon worked hard to get me in at the same time as scheduled. Check in was easy. massage table super comfortable and warm. Hot stone rub very nice. All in all a very nice experience. cons... squeaky door somewhere in the spa that was disruptive. A white noise machine or music in the background would have helped. I would go back but was expensive.
