Do not recommend at all! Their customer service is terrible. Took my 80 year old father in for a shave and they "lost" his appointment. In a completely empty salon, they "couldn't fit him in" today. Business must be great if they're turning away customers. We'll find another place that's more customer-friendly, and where the staff is not solely focused on taking selfies. Don't waste your time here.
Yeah. Don't waste your time on a manicure or pedicure. The lady doing the manicure didn't clean the cuticle and the poor girl doing my toes drew blood on first toe. Can't speak on haircut quality. People were friendly.
I don't know why this place has 4 stars. My husband recently went in for a haircut and a shave. This place was recommended as a great place to have those services done. The person that gave hubby a shave used an electric razor not a straight razor and did such a poor job that when he returned home he had to re-shave it to clean up the crappy shave. The hair cut was a chop job. He got the impression the person who cut it does not take pride in their work. He will pass on this place in future.
The staff is always welcoming and extremely polite and professional. I have been get my hair cut and straight shave here for a bit; i am always extremely impressed. If you want a solid cut in a good environment, with some adult beverages, then look no further.
