They always take their time and do an excellent job giving my son a haircut. He went there from the time he was 2 and they were always so patient and kind. I went to a cheaper place a few times, and honestly, I shouldn't have done it for the 3 dollars difference. Because the other place completely messed up my sons bangs and made them all crooked. This place, on the other hand, has a steadier hand. I'll spend the 3 extra bucks and have my son looking nicer.

Worst hair cut ever. Had an appointment with Svitlana. I requested to fade the side but the attached is the outcome. Either she ignored me purposely or incapable of fading with scissors. Stay away.

Had a 130 appointment with Lamar today per recommendation of a relative, first time at this salon. I arrived early, the receptionist was not welcoming. I sat down and waited for Lamar for about 10 min after my appointment time. Lamar was finishing up with someone else so I assumed that was the reason for the wait. A man came in after me, and he went into the chair with Lamar next. Then, a woman came up to me and asked if I was ready for my haircut. What? I had been sitting there over 10 min. I told her I wanted her to cut my hair symmetrical. She ended up giving me possibly the worst haircut I've ever had. I am so disappointed and the way she cut around my ears is absolutely not symmetrical. One ear is cut around really high up and the other is not. She didn't even show me the back of my head after her cut. I'm so disappointed and feel like I look like a clown now and have to do family and friend gatherings for thanksgiving looking like this...people I haven't seen in years. I won't be going back to this salon again.

I went here to get a haircut, I ended up waiting for over 40 min for a walk in, which is fine, my haircut was horrendous and she did exactly what I told her not to, to not cut the top. Anyway horrible haircut and expensive

I've been here 3 or 4 times- have gotten a new stylist each time. I'm always pleased with the whole experience. I would advise getting an appointment; once they book up they'll take a few walk-ins, but this is a gamble as to how long you'll wait. I will say I was one of two walk-ins just now and they got pretty busy around lunch, and they didn't just keep taking walk-ins (a good thing), they started advising that the wait would be too long. This visit I had Tanya- she was awesome. Didn't talk too much, was very pleasant- worked through a quick discussion of what I wanted- she was calm and competent- not stressed and hurried. I'll be requesting her in the future.
