I went and saw Timberly for a balayage and hair cut. She dyed my hair the wrong color, and instead of a balayage I just have a line. And instead of giving me layers like I asked, she cut it very blunt and uneven. I had to go get both the color and the cut fixed somewhere else.

I saw Timberly for a haircut and I'd say her haircut style is amateurish as best, definitely needs more experience with hair cutting. I asked for a shaggy bob and my hair is pretty flat to begin with, so I need layers as well. Normally in a bob the back is shorter but that's not the case with my hair cut- it looks like a Dora the explorer hair cut. I also don't have layers. I should've brought it up during the appointment but I have a back injury and couldn't focus on how it looked until the next day when I woke up looking like a cartoon character. Even my husband says it looks like I got a kids cut .so disappointed.

Gabby Orton is the BEST! I love feeling so confident whenever I leave the salon after Gabby does my cut/highlights. Gabby is great at listening to what I want, and always gives great suggestions. She continuously checks in during the whole process to make sure you're liking everything as she goes. Gabby is also very sweet and makes getting my hair done so fun!
