Always great service. The inclusion of a beverage is such a nice touch and adds to the experience. I love to take my mom here because it is always so clean and open and they never disappoint. It is nice how many different treatments they have-- classic hot paraffin is always a favorite. There are two nail bars that I go to and n this is always my first choice. They seem great with kids as well! Always something interesting like nature or Vietnam travel documentaries on the television, and the space has great natural light. Highly recommend. I do wish that they had a website and a list of prices/services available online -- because the price does increase from time to time and it is always nice to know what a treat is going to cost. But other than that I am always glad to bring my business here! Hope you will, too!
This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to in Portland, OR. Seated right away, everything is very clean and near. Complimentary drinks that were delicious. Very fast and so kind! Will definitely be coming back for pedicures!
Came in for a pedicure and gel and had the nicest time. It was a very relaxing experience and my nail tech made it looked great! The pedicure was $37, but they have cheaper options. Gel was a $15 add-on which is my only complaint.
Extremely rushed on the painting!! I had two white nail polishes picked out-one just plain white and then a sparkly white top shade to add some shine. She added the clear base coat, then immediately started painting the white polish. The base coat wasn't dry at all so the white polish was going on streaky, she continued to add 3 more layers and then with our letting it dry she added 2 more layers of the second white color. She kept bumping it and getting frustrated so I leaned forward and said let it dry it'll be easier, then she just adds the top coat and I can literally see the polish moving around and like chunky. I was clearly upset and she said nothing just turned on a fan, it took forever to dry and 20 minutes later still was not dry, another lady sprayed some spray on them and slipped my sandals on. My toes did not dry and ended up like separating less than an hour later so I went back to have them fix it and they were closed ab hour earlier than advertised and they had the open sign still out. Seriously disappointing. My toenail paint does not look good whatsoever!
Reviews are so unfair! This place absolutely deserves five stars. Everyone was very friendly and my nail tech did an incredible job. I'm a nail perfectionist and she took her time getting everything evenly filed, perfectly painted and really took her time giving me a wonderful massage. I normally don't write reviews but I was very impressed with this place and really enjoyed my experience.
