Really roughed up my cuticles after a while. Had to stop going. 1 lady kept hurting me. I told her 2x. Had to warn her I'd get up & leave if she drilled across my cuticle again She understood NOT PAY.
Spa appeared to be in need of some major cleaning. Lamps hanging from the ceiling need to be dusted. Looks like Christmas ornaments from last year still up. You could tell by all the dust on them.
I've been coming here for a while for pedicures and they are decent. It's convenient for me as far as location and I've been satisfied with the service more or less. Went in today for a manicure and won't be back. It was rushed and they didn't even use a base coat. When I asked about it, she said "You want a base coat?" I asked if it was not standard and she said it doesn't matter. Meanwhile I observed all the other techs using a base coat for their clients. I don't like getting short changed on service. I'd already paid and tipped for the manicure and my daughter's pedicure. Not cool. This manicure is SO not going to last. So nope....won't be back. Note: My daughter's pedicure was adorable, and she received good service.
