This is a great salon with wonderful stylists ! I have been going to Kylie since 2009 and she always does a wonderful job ! Also I was present for one day that Keri T came into the salon. What she wrote happened with the first stylist is completely untrue . Keri wanted platinum hair from a mousy brown/ blonde which takes awhile. The stylist worked on her hair nearly 6 hours and got it as light as she could in one session . Keri did not pay any money or tip the stylist. She was sticky sweet and then lied to Kelly the next day about the whole thing including lying and saying she tipped the stylist. Shame on Keri T.
This adorable salon is go to destination for your hair needs. The team is friendly and always makes me feel like a part of the family. The stylists have been there for years and offer expert skills and product knowledge. Their product assortment is also great and they are always fully stocked!
Been coming here for many years. I love the Aveda product line as well as the dedication the staff has to caring for my hair and skin with healthy services. You will not find harsh treatments and extreme chemicals that can only damage hair here. Using all plant based products makes me feel good about adding color and highlight treatments to my hair without fear of placing harmful chemicals on my head and face. Their make up artistry is wonderful as well!
Amazing people, service, and products. It is not a "bargain" type of salon, so be prepared to pay higher prices than say Hair Masters. They use all Aveda products which are awesome. They are located right in downtown Puyallup in a quaint little house that was converted to a salon. You will love the friendly, personal attention!!
I have been going to see Ashley, a stylist at the salon for over two years. I grew up in a family that owned a very nice salon for many years so I understand the salon business. It really isn't about the salon but about the stylist. You can have a crappy stylist at a nice salon and a great stylist at a mediocre salon. Ashley is trained very well and truly cares about her clients. She keeps herself trained and even went to a color class hours before she had her baby. I would recommend her highly to anyone. Also before you try a salon go in and take a look at the stylist's. Do they care about their appearance, dress professionally and appear to be fashionable in a fashion forward business. If not do not schedule with that sylist.
