Had a great first time experience at this salon w/Nicole. I've lived in Puyallup about 20yrs and had been past this small older salon many times. I guess I just felt it may not be as up to date with cuts/trends as some of the trendy newer salons around town. I was pleasantly surprised with the results today. I had a poor experience with my last hair appt. at a salon in Sumner where I wanted a beachy/spiral body wave perm and cut but ended up with my hair over processed and nothing close to the proper cut one would expect when paying over 100 bucks. So needless to say I've been suffering with my hair since then nearly 2 months ago wearing it in a ponytail and or having a hat on. I came into Nicole wanting all the brittle ends cut off as well as putting in some nice layers and bangs plus having a partial foil for highlights. Within 2 hours I felt transformed leaving very happy. I felt I had my old GOOD hair back after a year or so of not having the results I was looking for. Nicole was very good about listening to my requests and exceeded my expectations. Even though it's a very small older salon the prices were very fair even with the initial visit being 10.00 off. I will be happily returning to Nicole!
