They are not upfront about pricing which is misleading. Since when is a certain polish an extra 7$?
If they injure you, they don't apply first aid and don't offer any refund or discount or apology -but plenty of excuses and justifications.
Not a way to do business if you want to be successful!
Rip off. That I decided not to give tip. $48 for only gel manicure. I paid $35
at another nail salon. Dip manicure cost $45 last time. Will not go back.
Good nail techs. However the rudest receptionist I have ever ran across. Upon arrival we received a lecture about how to make appointments (which were made 2 weeks in advance) from uppity receptionist. Three customers/friends looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and manicure while we caught up with each other's news, subjected to a lecture! Two of us went away saying we would not return. Again, too bad because the techs were great.
Went here for acrylics and the next day my nail broke. They refused to give me a refund and said they would have to "determine" if it was my doing for the damage and weather, or not I would have to pay to have it fixed. Walmart does a better job save your money. The nail popped off when I opened the refrigerator door. 10/10 would not recommend. Very disappointed
If I could give negative stars, I would! Bad business practices and an absolutely disgusting display of scammers. My boss scheduled for myself and a few coworkers to have a pedicure as a Christmas gift to us. We arrived and they had it all set up. We picked out our gel color( knowing gel is an up charge and this was approved by our boss) and we sat and began our pedicures. They never asked us which service we wanted, etc. we assumed, not knowing what they would wind up charging us for, that we were receiving a standard pedicure for their salon. When we went to pay we were told our total of $328. We were appalled. We went ahead and used the card we were given for payment and it prompted for a 20% tip which was fine But we were in shock by the price. When we gave our receipt to our boss she too was appalled at their pricing as she frequents this location and has NEVER been charged this amount for a pedicure. When our boss called to confirm we were charged correctly the owner, Tree, stated we specifically requested "premium" and said "it sounds like your staff took advantage of the boss paying". Which was not at all the case! Absolutely disgusting! We will be telling everyone about their shady business and disgusting practices and ensuring we do our part to never support this practice and shameful scam to anybody else!
