Fried my hair, perm did not take, rude and refused to refund my money. I WILL NEVER RETURN
I can only rate this salon based on my experience with the owner. Went to her for over a year after moving to the area. She was 30 minutes late for every one of my appointments. And once I did get back to her chair she stopped to answer every text and phone call on her cell phone. I was nearly late for my son's wedding because she was already running 45 minutes late at 10:00 a.m. I almost walked out that day, but at least I had enough respect for someone's time to stay for an appointment for which I booked. Otherwise, a nice salon. You just have to find the right stylist.
I recently moved to town, and I had no idea where to go to get my hair and highlights done. I checked Yelp and saw good reviews. Sue did my hair and corrected color exactly how I wanted it. She did a great job! I will be back.
Love it here! Tara is my girl and has been for years! Great service, polite friendly people, always get right in and out!
I've been here a few different times with Val and I won't be going anywhere else. She is awesome and it's super affordable (compared to the other salons I've been to). The only issue I've seen (not personally but seen when I was there) was scheduling/double-booking.
I do wish they had text message updates.
