Sport Clips Haircuts of K-7 Hwy and Santa Fe in Olathe, KS

3 people sitting here waiting for a hair cut and the workers standing around on there dam phones not caring people are waiting.

We went online and never went on the list when came in this younger lady was saying it was our fault for not being on the list she should lose her job for this and was very rude now we have to wait longer for the hair cut and we needed to be somewhere because my brother and I have a actual job

Had a great experience getting my haircut here. I am out of town for an internship here in KC and Alexa did a tremendous job cutting my hair and crafting a professional look for me.

Called ahead , was told to arrive at 6:30, got there at 6:25 and checked in . I was the only one in the lobby and there were 2 people cutting hair . Waited 30 minutes and another guy came in who was also behind me on the call- in list of 3 .  I think 4 other people walked in only to be turned around by the 2 stylists because "they were booked for the night ".   Waited 20 more minutes ( so 50 total ).   Then one of the 2 stylists finishEd with the guy she was taking care of and promptly went to the back leaving her station uncleaned and sat back there for 10 more minutes ( I think eating or smoking) , then cleaned up her station... came to the front and called the name of the guy that came in a half hour after me who was behind me on the call in list .  Been going to that shop for 15 years and have had similar poor service the past couple times but this was the worst ... prior stylists like Olga, and Caroline cared and did a fantastic job,  and if they were running behind acknowledged you and took care of things.  I think these two were actually happy to watch me get up and leave after waiting over an hour in an EMPTY  salon for nothing.   As I left not a word was said, not sorry, not what's wrong..  nothing .
I have no idea how any money can be made getting 2 hair cuts done per hour between 2 stylists .   Would suggest pay the extra money it takes to keep people like Caroline and Olga happy and all 8 chairs would be filled instead of one or 2 and walk-ins wouldn't need to be sent home and frustrated reservations walk out . Very unhappy and will be a customer elsewhere .

Most unfriendly people I've ever tried to deal with. Sit and wait it I got three people that signed them online. You should've told me that when I got there and I would've left. Will never go back.
