The Hair Shop - West in Olathe, KS

I have been here multiple times, and every time they haven't given me what I wanted. I told them what I wanted, and even showed them a picture, but they always cut too much off. Every time I've been here, me, and the people I come with, have not been happy with our haircuts. Won't be coming here again unless I have to.

I have taken my young daughter there for a haircut once, so far.  The hair dresser was nice enough and my daughter really liked her hair cut.  I have recommended my older daughter to go there, too, because the prices are good.  However,  I have called this place three different times to make the appointments, and every time, the receptionist is rude.  She was rude when we checked in, and she was rude when we checked out.  There is no reason to be rude as we are very polite nice people.   I don't understand why a business would allow the person who provides the first impression for people to be so unfriendly and snotty!!!  IF we go there one more time greeted with the same arrogant rudeness, we will spend the extra money at another shop to be treated like customers should be treated.

in and out.  They told me 8:30 on the phone the night before and then when I got there this morning they took someone else before me and said no your appointment is at 8:45.  I know what I was told.  At first he said he was running behind - which I could have lived with that.  Then he looked at the schedule and said no your appointment is at 8:45.  8:30 and 8:45 have no similar sound.  I was told 8:30 -  I put what I was told in phone and set alarm 15 minutes before appointment time so I would be there in plenty of time.  I've been going here for years,  I tip well and I always arrive on time.  I don't like being treated like a second class customer as if I couldn't understand what time the lady told me the night before.  I just left.  I know what I was told and I don't like takin

I have been going here for several years. Angel is the best stylist I have ever had. She listens to what I say and offers her honest opinion when I ask her. I will definitely keep going here to see Angel.

WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!
My hair was down to my booty, I asked for my hair WHEN cut to be below my breast, and informed her my hair is slightly wavy. I even showed her how much i wanted taken off. The SECOND she started cutting i knew she had not listen to me and cut to much off. my hair is now to my shoulders. which is about 6 inches away from my breast. She cut my hair in less than 10 minutes, and it's extremely uneven. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! would rate 0 if it'd let me.
