I got a fill in the owner hit my nail bed twice my nails are very lumpy where he didn't smooth down the acrylic I have been going there for years. The new owners are slacking and I didn't feel welcomed

called to make an appointment for a mani/pedi, given 3:15. I got there in time, waited for 15 minutes before a tech could begin my pedi. it took him until 5 to complete. the owner asked me twice if I really wanted a full set of nails (yes, I made an appointment and indicated this) I was asked at 5 if I was in a hurry as I'd have to wait for a tech for my manicure, they close at 6.... Poor management. Don't make appointments if you can't handle the services requested. Three times something similar to this has happened here. Three strikes they're out! I'm done

I have been looking for a new nail salon (my last nail person moved out of the country and I haven't found anyone I enjoy yet, until today) I came into Ava nails for the very first time and had Cindy do my pedicure SHE IS SO PERFECT I will 100% be back every two weeks and have her do my pedicures. She was so gentle, so sweet, and just all around so lovely. Thank you for amazing service!!

So many things made this place special and not so special. My daughter came with and the lady there took her in and painted her nails and toes for free, kept her busy, offered us water and juice... she was a sweet lady. My manicure however.... was horrible. It was done by the man there. While he was sweet and friendly he had no clue how to do shellac. My nails were uneven, the shellac was sheer even though it definitely wasn't supposed to be, he just didn't use enough polish. Neither of the two working appeared to understand or speak English either which made me trying to explain even more difficult. I wish i could say I would go back but I don't pay that much for crappy nails and then can't even express what I want because of the language barrier.
