Fantastic Nails in Decatur, IL

Every item used for my pedicure was on the cart already opened. I watched the woman rinse the items used on me with water and put back in her cart and used on the next person. The chair I sat in had a towel on it and it was dirty. They sat the next person in the pedi chair I sat in and just started new water after I got up without sanitizing the bowl that my feet were in. My polish job is awful and I have a sore on my foot from her clipping too much of my skin. I then got a basic manicure and the container was dirty that the items were in and the table I sat at was dirty. There was a hair tie and nails on the table when I sat down. The files were used and looked awful. There was a toe nail clipper that was filthy and I prayed that she wasn't going to need it but she used it to clip my thumb nail. My experience was awful and there were so many violations. Do not go to this place. I'm praying I don't have a fungus on my foot.

Wanted no paraffin and hot rocks. Got paraffin and no rocks. Not even a message of legs. Oh my. That is ALL I even really like in the pedicures! Horrible!! Horrible!! $50.00 for the WORST pedicure ever. Never ever will I recommend NOR be back.

My experience at fantastic nails was horrible me and my sibling got pedicures and full sets and I had to get a soak off with the pedicure ask for square and they rounded one of my toes which those off everything else I had to ask for a second coat because I could literally see my toenail through the white polish they were very rude and once I got my nails done I ask for square shape nails and ended up with I really bad square shape then I had to come back the next day just to be sitting there for 40 minutes for them to fix one nail Because of the gel Polish was already pilling off of my nails

I feel that they don't listen to what you tell them and act as if they can't understand you. I wanted to give them 1 more shot but I keep wasting my time and money. its not what I asked for and I will not go back. Poor work and they rush through everything. HORRIBLE

I've gone here for about two years. Today will be my last! I went in to get two nails fixed that broke 3 days after my fill. They get me in after waiting 20 min. While the nail tec is fixing my nails she suddenly leaves, I have no clue where she went then I learn SHE IS WAXING 3 OTHER WOMENS EYEBOWS!! I'm like..... WTH! Another nail tec takes over my nails after waiting 15 min. He actually stopped working on the lady next to me and started on mine. I look at the other lady we both said WTH!! Then my nail tec finally comes back finishes my nails, sloppy I might add because they rushed, then had the nerve to charge me. I literally just had them done 3 days ago.... will not return.
