I went in for pedi and the tech rubbed so hard on the side of my foot it started bleeding. I was watching the area very close and putting antibiotic ointment on it. Now terrible infection and have to go to doctor

I've been getting my nails done in the central Illinois area for about 8 years now. Today was my first time at Nail Pro in Forsyth, IL. To say the least my visit was less than desirable. When the gentleman was finishing my nails I pointed out how terrible they looked and the imperfections. The acrylic on my nails were so narrow it didn't even cover my entire nail bed, before I was finished the tips on my nails started to pop off, and the overlay acrylic on top was so thick and uneven. The men there said that they would fix it, so I let them attempt it . When they tried to fix it, they left acrylic all over my cuticles. Needless to say my nails looked worse when I left the salon than when I came in. I will be going somewhere else to have them removed and fixed and will never be going back. If I could give zero stars then I would.
My friend got a full set and they all cracked and chipped 2 days later. She works in banking, so it's not like she's doing manual labor. We also got her daughter's nails painted and it looked like she had done them herself, she's 4. The gentleman also cut my friend's hand in at least 2 places while doing her nails. Overall, very shoddy work and rude staff. I would give them a zero if I could.
The worst service ever! I don't care what anyone from Central Illinois has to say! I've been to nail salons in Chicago and in Palm Harbor Florida and you would think they charge more...well that was not the case. The man is rude is ever trying to rush people out. You can't ask him questions without his usual customer base entourage speaking for him. The place is way too small..they send you away to wait. They needed two people to work on my daughter's set the man of course screwing it up. The lady did a better job. I takes a lot for me to even write a negative review about any establishment but I just had to put it out there. It might be irrelevant but a least I put it put there that they suck plain and simple. Have a nice day.
