SAVE YOUR $ AND DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I got a gel manicure on 12/26. The process was extremely rushed from beginning to end & took a total of 19 minutes, literally. I hardly had time to even pick a color before I was being forced in a seat. After the manicure began, my nails were not cut, shaped, NOTHING. The person doing my nails was taking my hand from the light before the gel was fully cured. She did 2 base coats, 3 layers of polish, and a top coat. My nails were THICK!! And because they were not fully cured, this became a recipe for disaster. After 1 day, one of my nails got caught under my hair & ripped completely off. After 2 days, all nails were raised & had to be taken off. For $35 + tip you expect vacation nails to last until you at least arrive at your destination. Mine hardly lasted until I got home!!!!!
My guy went pretty fast on the pedicure. Only one coat of polish for $35, wasn't worth it
Not great gel isn't solid look like it in photos but up close it's not and side of finger stuck to the nail. Fingers were left a mess with acrylic on the sides and the shape was not uniform throughout. Also didn't even ask what shape I wanted just did it. Will not be back UPDATE 13 days later: Both pointer fingers are lifting at the cuticle and top coat is now dull
My daughter and I have been going there for quite a while because they always treated us well but after yesterday's session I doubt we will go back. We have had some problems in the past with the nails coming off but we dealt with it. Yesterday however the woman doing our daughter's nails was extremely rude to her. Our daughter is in a wheelchair for physical reasons, not mental. The woman acted like our daughter couldn't respond for herself or make decisions and was quite rude about it. We are done with Honey Nails !
WARNING WORST NAILS OF MY LIFE i went in with my cousin to get my nails done for christmas and simply i don't think i will get my nails done anytime soon. i wanted to get a gel french manicure and the lady working at the salon in the gingham apron, don't know what her name was, was the spawn of satan herself. I sat while she did my nails and they looked awful. the tips didn't look good and i told after she painted one hand that i didn't like them and then she did the other hand just as awfully. i politely told her that i didn't like them and if she could paint them solid. She said okay and then fixed them, bust she was clearly angry. I made sure to be very nice although i was angry because i don't tend to be rude and scathing customer. when it was time to pay she tried to charge my cousin 50 for a manicure that should be 30. I started to break down in the salon after the evil woman started to yell at me and my cousin for being "awful customers". the devil in the apron started to involve OTHER CUSTOMERS in the drama which made me cry even more. i am truly appalled that woman treated me this way and extremely glad my cousin went back to get her money. while the nails i went home with weren't awful (i mean how could you mess up solid nails), i will never get my nails done again. my salon at home would NEVER treat me this poorly. thank you to the man and owner who gave me my money back and i'm sorry that crazy woman who did my nails is your wife.
