Literally the worst haircut I've ever had in my mother f****** life. You should seriously give up cutting hair. I don't know who in the hell let that woman behind the clippers, but she should not be allowed to ever touch them ever again

I went into the Great Clips in Decatur Illinois on Ash Avenue on March 30th 2018 & LOREN cut my hair or more appropriately butchered. I went in with a picture she said oh yes I can certainly do that. I showed her a picture of shoulder length layered hair with long bangs. Easy...what I came out with was a haircut that looks like a man. I called and all they will do is refund my money. It took me several months of letting my hair grow out so I can get this haircut. Now it's above my ears. I went in to show them and they laughed at me! I asked for supervisor to call me & no one is called me. And this is the second time I have went to them, the second time they have screwed up my hair. I should have known not to go back to somewhere where they give such crappy haircuts in the first place.

I went in for a free Veteran's Day haircut (which is great they offer this), but I left extremely upset. My stylist had cut my extremely long hair shorter than I wanted, and there was an almost three inch difference between the left and right side of my head. I posted a picture. I called and they offered to correct it, but I don't feel comfortable risking more of my hair again. I would not recommend having the stylist Holly cut any long hair. Extremely upset. However, my father gets his hair cut there all the time and they always do a great job.
