I asked for hair cut with layers. both sides are un even & back is shorter. pretty pathetic I have to pay someone else to fix it.
Very unhappy!! This place nickel and dimes you to death!!! A $50.00 color service turned out to cost $100.00. I went in wanting highlights, The tech told me in order to get it to blend I needed to get it colored instead. I reluctantly went along with her. Then she said that she has to charge me an extra $20.00 because I had long hair. I said yes, but I only wanted my crown area done. She didn't budge. Then I had to sign a waiver or she wouldn't do my hair. Waiver said that I couldn't hold her or REGIS CO. liable if I was unhappy with my services. After she was done doing my color she asked if I wanted my hair blow dried? I asked if there's a charge and she said yes, $10.00. I said the only way you can see the true color was if the hair was dry, so I had to get the hair blow dried. Soooooo, $100.00 later you can barely see a difference in my hair color. Plus I got a botched haircut!!! I can't do anything because I signed the waiver!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!! I wish I hadn't let her talk me into color instead of highlights!!!!
Kelly is an excellent stylist and when she is not available there is always someone on staff that has years of experience. Appointments are easy, flexible, and I don't have to wait weeks. I have had color, perms, and cuts. The styling products are also very reasonably priced. Never disappointed.
After years of trying to find a stylist this place hooked me up. I look more feminine now and classier. All for 20 bucks. Omg in Frisco it'd be 100. Next on my list highlights...
