The experience was okay. I dislike that I needed to remove my shoes at the door to walk to the pedicure station, and then again after the pedicure to the manicure station - it was slippery with the lotion on my feet. A little of The gel Polish wasn't fully set when I left and smeared on my fingers, which has never happened before :-/

I've been to this salon three separate times for dip nails, and was lucky enough to have Lucy as my nail technician for all of my visits! She takes her time with filing, cuts your cuticles when requested, and really listens to what the customer wants. She is also very personable and remembered me each time I arrived at the salon. If you need a relaxing pedicure or dip manicure I highly recommend seeing Lucy!

Gave this nail salon a few chances before deciding to leave a review (a practice I rarely partake in). I had an appointment for regular pedi and dip mani. I showed up on time and waited 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen. I was seated into a pedi seat that had not been cleaned from the patron who was just in it. The bath was noticeably dirty and empty. Ann, the owner, then filled the bath with cold water. When I asked for the water to be warmer she seemed put out by my request. Ann was too busy answering phones, communicating with staff and walk ins, and completing cash transactions to give me a pedicure. I received less than one minute of massage, not cuticle care, and no scrubs/callous removal. Worst pedicure of my life. I stopped my dio manicure before it even bagan due to the incompetence of the woman removing my previous dip. Instead of soaking my nails she tried to pry off my tips using other tips. Painful! I was then overcharged for the service and still tipped (obviously). Ann, hire a business manager or minimally a receptionist.

So grateful they were able to squeeze three of us in yesterday afternoon. One of us had a mani/pedi, the other pink and white full set, and the other a mani. Great quality and experience. Nice atmosphere with lots of window and natural light. Very clean. Fair prices. The nicest people! Thank you!
