This really is my go to place to get my brows done.  I came here once several years ago on a whim.  My first visit, I had my brows "mapped".  As a consumer skeptic, I thought it was just a scam to make me feel like the price was worth it.  But, then I saw the finished product and was wowed.

The Brow Bar has had some turnover in the years that I've been going and each time my regular girl left, I'd think to myself - "Now is the time to break free from the more costly brow wax and go somewhere new."  And, I did - more than once.  And, every time I left those places not happy with the product.  When that product is on your face 24/7 - you want to be satisfied.  So, back I went to Ulta.

If you are looking for a superior brow experience and result, visit the Brow Bar at Ulta.  Personally - I think Betty is the best!

I am so torn.  The ladies here do a fantastic job, but it's twice as expensive as every other brow place around.  I have sparse eyebrows with no natural shape and when they are done with me I actually look like I have eyebrows.  It keeps me coming back despite the price tag!

I've been to a few brow bars. It can be at times a hit or miss depending on the person and service. This one is great! I went to get my lip and brows waxed. Betty did an awesome job!! I highly recommend her and this brow bar!

I've been hesitant about writing a review having had two completely different experiences, but here's the deal.  

My first visit was with Christine and she did an excellent job.  She was personable and professional and took her time, she waxed my eyebrows slowly and carefully and mapped out what was to be removed ahead of time.  My eyebrows looked great and I received many compliments.

Yesterday I had a completely different waxing experience.   I sensed this other girl was less friendly right away but didn't let it dissuade me from letting her do my brows.  I asked about the "brow mapping" like Christine had done and she sort of brushed it off, rushing right into the waxing and mumbling, "I'll keep them thick and shape them up."  I could sense after a few sections she was smearing the wax on too quickly and taking off huge sections at a time and after about five minutes she handed me a mirror and I was absolutely horrified.  My eyebrows were pencil thin, misshapen and noticeably too far apart. She had even removed the tops of my eyebrows!  They were dramatically different from how they looked before.  This was not what I was expecting compared to my first experience and I don't look forward to having to pencil on/ fill in  my terribly-shapen eyebrows for the next two months.  Awful.
