Definitely the most unprofessional aesthetician I've ever been to. Erin's place is hit or miss on the cleanliness of her shop. She's definitely had me lie down on her work table without changing the sheets from her previous client on two separate occasions. Her kid once was taking photos of me while my eyes were forced shut during a lash lift and tint. She has been 10-30 minutes late for a few of our appointments.
My last visit to Plum Aesthetics is why I will never allow Erin to ever touch me again. I spent the entire pandemic growing my eyebrows out and wanted Erin to shape them just a little bit. I asked her if we could talk about the shape I was going for before she started waxing and she agreed. Erin started on my eyelash perm first. While my eyes were forced shut she just started waxing my eyebrows. I kept on trying to give her instructions but she wasn't listening. It was so violating to be forced to lie down and to have all of my pleas to have her stop waxing me completely ignored. She ripped out a years worth of hair growth without my consent. It turned out that Erin had a pedicure appointment that she need to get to and had to get through my appointment with her quickly. She is the absolute worst.

I really wanted this to be my go to place and I really loved the owner! However the lash lift I got completely ruined my eyelashes. I came in on my birthday and she was so sweet my whole service, the dermaplaning was great. However when I looked at my lashes in the mirror I was fuzzy since it was so dark and my eyes had been closed for so long so i just went on my merry way. When I got into the car I had this incredibly uncomfortable feeling that my lashes were so over curled they were touching my eyelid. I texted her and she graciously had me come back in to "relax" them. It helped slightly.. but here I am 2 months later and my lashes are still ruined. I had to tweeze out the over curled lashes which started going in crazy directions. I can't wear mascara and have to put in single false lashes to fill the gaps now. I wish I just did the dermaplaning.

I love Erins skincare approach.  She's very knowledgeable and doesn't push products.   She has a sweet little space, homey not clinical.   Totally relaxing.  I've been utilizing her services for over a year.   Great!
