Wonderful experience. Debby is a joy to work with. She helped our daughter choose her wit's during chemo treatment and spent a lot of time with her on follow up visits to make sure everything worked well. She even came to the hospital! Debby truly empathizes and makes you feel at ease and comfortable in your own place. Highly recommend her and Ocean Waves.

Run in the opposite direction. Cancer survivor. 4-5 months of growth. Came in for a keratin treatment. Asked if my hair color, dyed a gorgeous color, would change color. Was told no. The stylist, Debbie, turned my gorgeous color orange and yellow. Smiked. Told me to leave in the keratin for 3 days (never heard of this) and to return the 4th day. Told not to worry, she could fix her mistake and give me back my original color. Not only did she give me the wrong color my miles, she fried all of my hair. Told me it was all my fault and that I would love the new color. She used bleach without telling me, chunks of black, I look ridiculous. I had to cut my hair to 1/4 of an inch and start all over the split ends she gave me went almost to my scalp. This woman should not be allowed to work on people's hair.
