Cost Cutters because it cost $25 for a shitty 10 min hair cut. Just go to a barbershop and get better treatment and quality. Not at all impressed. Will never go to any cost cutters again and I hope this company goes out of business. Didn't even hold up a mirror to look at the back of my hair and the hair cut was shitty. I have never left after getting my hair cut pissed off until now. And hell no I didn't tip.

Shahla is the best at cutting hair for adults as well as kids. My kid has always gotten best haircut by her. Other ppl are not so good

Shala is the best! She is so considerate and took great care of Me. She definitely knows what she's doing and is a great hair stylist.

I have been going there for many years. It is always clean and new feeling because of how well cared for it is. Neither my self nor my 3 children have ever gotten a bad haircut there. Over the many years they have fixed crooked bangs from my daughter trying to do it herself. I have had my hair styled for weddings of two of my children. And when my naturally blonde daughter decided to dye her hair black it was here that too brought her to have it fixed. When my long hair fell out because of illness, they helped me figure out a new style that i like and have gotten many compliments on. Everyone there has always been friendly and professional. Every haircut has great on both my daughter, two sons, and myself. I have seen people come and go here and have been treated with respect. I have moved away from area and now go 40 minutes out of my way for the great cut and service I get there. I hate to brag about only one person because they are all great. But Shala is one of the best stylist I've ever known

So I went in today Sunday the 18th and told the girl Lola I wanted to trim my hair. Key word being trim. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted to trim the side and back and take an inch off the top and front. She started with the side of my hair and pretty much cut it to quarter of an inch. I didn't ask for a mother fu$&ing fade. I told her to trim it and to not use a buzzer. She then took the buzzer to my sideburns which made them look totally different length then my hair. I'm pretty upset about this because I uasually get my hair cut by shoala and she always gives me what I ask for. I probably won't be back after this experience and it really sucks and now I have to be pissed off for a month while it grows out. Bad bad bad. I'm sure I'll get some stupid corporate message from them saying to go on there website and talk to someone, how does that help? Do they have magical seeds that make hair grow back? No response needed to this review. Management can kiss my ass
